SJP Tax Consultants Inc.© is a family-owned and operated real estate tax consulting corporation. Since 1973, our associates have proudly served the tri-state area, representing thousands of New York City residents in their efforts to reduce real estate taxes. We have successfully filed applications with the NYC Department of Housing and Preservation (HPD), NYC Department of Finance (DOF), Department of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), The Office of the New York State Attorney General (AG), and other agencies.
